Coach T is a passionate, certified fitness trainer through ISSA. She loves helping people accomplish their fitness goals. Coach T loves God, and his purpose for her life is evident. She believes in “putting in the work” in order to see the results. Being consistent and driven will make the difference.

Coach T is a wife, mother, and business entrepreneur. She loves spending time with her family and going to the beach to relax. Hard work will pay off. Believe!! That’s the key. My mission is to motivate and inspire people to live in their everyday moment despite the obstacles of life by creating a fun fitness environment.

This group fitness class will feature cardio hip hop step aerobics, total body fitness exercises, and dance aerobics.


Mommy Barbara is a vibrant, spirit-filled body of energy. She is full of life and dedicated to sharing her passion for fitness with others.


I am a student athlete in college. I’ve lost over 65 pounds and turned fat into muscle with no problem. I do strength training to grow muscle and get stronger when it comes to compound movements like bench and squat. I also do football and sports training. I love fitness training!


Jocerlyn “JMotivated” Robinson has shed over 70 pounds and now works to help others achieve their fitness goals as she continues her personal journey!

When you enter her class, you can expect to have fun & burn calories whether it’s Dance Fitness or HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training)! OH but when you leave you will be refreshed, accomplished and “J”Motivated!!
